We’ve Rebranded!

The Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton is excited to announce that we are changing our name to First Flight Health Centers and adopting a new logo [read our official press release here.]

The new logo features the Wright Kite, an invention of the Wright Brothers as they discovered the mechanics used for powered flight. It also includes a new tagline — “Care you can trust. Care you can afford.” This encompasses the heart of our mission, which is: improving lives by providing quality primary and preventive health care services to those in need, regardless of ability to pay.

At First Flight Health Centers, you can expect to receive the same compassionate, quality care we’ve provided since our founding.

No, you do not need to notify your insurance. This change will have no impact on your insurance eligibility or coverage.

The change was made official on March 5th, 2026.

Our organization was not bought out or influenced by any other group to change our name. This change came from within, as we recognized the need to re-establish ourselves in the Dayton community.

In August 2025, we brought on a new Chief Executive Officer, Shaun’ta Whitehead. She is excited to lead First Flight Health Centers with renewed vision and commitment.
