First Flight Health Centers Launches Updated Appointment Line for Easier Scheduling

At First Flight Health Centers, we are always looking for ways to make healthcare easier to access for the communities we serve. That’s why we’re excited to announce the launch of our updated appointment scheduling line, designed to help patients connect with care quickly and conveniently.

What Is Changing?

Starting Thursday, September 3, 2026, patients will be able to schedule appointments through the updated appointment line. This updated line connects directly to our scheduling team, who can assist patients in scheduling appointments at any First Flight Health Centers location.

To access the updated appointment line, patients can continue to call 937-461-6869, or call their home health center and select “1” to schedule an appointment. Visit our All Locations page to find each home health center’s direct phone number.

This updated system allows our scheduling team to work together across locations, helping patients find appointments more efficiently and reducing delays in getting connected to care.

New Callback Feature

One of the most exciting improvements is the addition of a callback option.

Instead of waiting on hold during busy periods, patients can choose to receive a callback from our scheduling team.

In addition to calling our appointment line, all patients can continue using online self-scheduling for medical appointments, including:

  • Established patient visits
  • Urgent care appointments
